- Sucks thumb/finger
- Fluctuating hearing loss/deaf
- Sits habitually with an open mouth posture; drools
- Unable to concentrate and/or listen
- Very shy or withdrawn and reluctant to speak to unfamiliar
people
- Emotional problems affecting interaction with other people
- Speaks in short sentences; makes grammatical mistakes
- Spelling, reading or writing difficulties
- Odd mannerisms, repetitive movements, self-stimulating
behaviours
- Underachieving
- Head injury, stroke or illness affecting speech, memory,
swallowing, problem-solving etc
- Hyperactive; diagnosed with ADD/ADHD; allergic to food dyes,
preservatives etc
- Unable to follow instructions
- Displays learning difficulties.
